Vibration measurement is critical for industrial applications. In this project, a program for vibration monitoring using NI DAQ board - USB 6009 is completed.

ADC channel is used to measure analog output signals from vibration sensors. Two DAC channels are used to control two power switches for controlling a AC motor and a clutch. As AC motor operates, the vibration is generated and measured in this program. Based on the vibration rates, the control signal is generated to reduce the vibration.
